Your college record and ECs sound impressive, but I think your SAT scores will lower your chances - is there any way you can retake them or are you applying for 2008?

I hope it does as I have a similar situation (grades 1-5 in US, 6-12 in UK). I think that US school applicants have been practically groomed for the SAT (syllabus + practice tests) and that this puts people who have been educated elsewhere at a disadvantage, particularly for SAT II.

As long as you explain anything that might be considered a disadvantage (eg why you now want to do psychology instead of business), and promote the fact that you will contribute to diversity, I suspect that your scores will be balanced out.

I'm sorry I can't give you specific chance estimations for your colleges as I do not know them well, but I recommend going to
p r i n c e t o n r e v i e w . c o m (take out spaces)
and using their college finder as they give you a really good list of colleges after entering your stats separated into safeties, matches, and reaches.
