Chance me at UGa and Clemson

I live in Wisconsin, hoping to apply to the schools of Landscape Architecture at several schools including University of Georgia and Clemson.

My first two years of high school, I had really good grades, sophomore year I earned straight A's, (taking several honors classes), this year my courses are much more challenging and my grades have taken a bit of a slump; not because of any drop in effort, but kind of a cumulation of a couple different things going on in my life... and the classes are hard!
cumulative gpa is like 3.63 unweighted now, at least for the last semester it was, but it may drop to a 3.5ish range; 3.94 weighted. Im ending up with 2 C's for the final year, one is chemistry, which is honestly just really hard for me, (I DO go in for help and everything) and one for Algebra 2, which I can honestly say is because of the teacher... (hes under investigation etc, he actually does NOT teach, and I'm not exaggerating when I say this...I normally am not one to blame a bad grade on a teacher but this is one exception). Taking honors and AP courses, following a rigorous schedule with no "filler" classes. AP US I have a B/B- in, which I'm comfortable with; its a tough class, and I've even already fulfilled my requirement for US History (Honors) and got an A, so this AP class wasnt even neccessary but I wanted to challenge myself. A's in all other subjects than those mentioned above. My school is a HIGHLY selective public high school but I'm still managing to stay in the top 25%, at least for the last quarter. My extracurriculars are the same; i got into NHS and am planning to do extensive volunteer work this summer in addition to many more hours at my job as a florist at a high-end floral shoppe. I also am fairly certain my senior grades can bring up my gpa; I'm taking several rigorous AP and honors courses and not "slacking off" for my last year at all. I also know my essays are going to be absolutely stellar; writing is my passion and a talent of mine. Have not taken ACT's yet, but took a practice and got a 26 (but I had thought I bombed it, so I am certain I can do much better on the real deal. I'm taking a really good prep course as well and am signed up to take it in June and prob again in september and maybe october). I'm thinking my range would be around a 28, a 30 would be my most ideal score.

What are my chances at the colleges above? Are they hard schools to get into? Does my slight junior year "slump" in grades pose a threat to my chances at admission? And are the landscape architecture programs easier to get into, considering they are more creativity-based professions and not solely based on academics, per se? Thanks, I really appreciate your opinions!
