According to the 2008-2009 application for ASU...it states for Arizona residents... Must be a high school graduate, meet class rank OR test score OR GPA. For in state; GPA is 3.0 (4.0=A) in competency courses....2.5-2.99 may be considered for admission. ACT composite score-22 (you need not have the essay portion...it is recommended but not required), SAT reasoning Math and Critical Reading combined score of 1040 (again writing not needed but it is optional), Class Rank- top 25% of hs graduating class...(applicants in the top 26-50 percent may be considered for admission.)

Further it states that you may have a maximum of one deficiency in no more than two competency areas provided that the areas are not both math and lab science OR in the same subject area.

Advice, hopefully your deficiences are not in the areas they state. Take the ACT plus writing and do well. Same for SAT...do a great job on the writing portion so the admissions commitee can see you are a viable candidate. Good luck!

Not very competitive numbers...ASU and U of A are long-shots, I know nothing about the UNA.
