33 is a great score. Way to go. Sorry I can't really help with your chances, though. Good luck.

I don't know about any of the colleges you listed. Your GPA is pretty low. Your ACT rocks. It depends on the college if they look more on the ACT or GPA side.

Prolly not for Georgetown-GPA is just too low for the ridiculous competition, plus you need to submit 3 sat subject tests (reach, but still possible-still depends on a lot of factors). I'd say maybes for Emory, USC, and Vandy. In for everywhere else

I wouldn't count on being accepted to Emory, though I suppose it's possible that your EC's will be given enough weight to make up for the GPA. You could also try applying to Oxford College if you have a strong interest in Emory.

Are you a student at the Thomas Jefferson School?

40% shot at Vandy I think. I've never been to St. Louis but have heard of STL country day from somewhere i don't really know how competitive the schools are there, basically what I'm getting at is your school needs to be very competitive to be that low ranked and still have a shot.

Are you serious? Emory is the biggest joke I've ever seen when it comes to admissions. They and others claim that it's so difficult to get in but year after year I see average students (3.3-3.5) with above average SAT scores and an extremely small amount of Extracurriculars get into there. At first I thought it was a coincidence, but I now see it going on at 2 schools (I transferred) and know that it isn't very hard to get into. Definite yes to Emory with scores like those.
