Chance an Ivy Transfer Hopeful?

Currently Attending: a top five LAC
Junior Transfer
H.S.: A United World College (international high school)
College GPA: 3.85, current semester GPA: 4.0
H.S. GPA: 4.0 for freshman, sophomore year, 38/39 junior senior (switched into an IB program)
SAT I: 800 CR, 660 Math (always sucked at math), 710 writing
SAT II: 760 Lit
ACT: don't remember composite, but I know I got a 36 reading and a 35 English and did MUCH worse on the math and sci parts (I think I have a 31 composite?)

ECs College: Director of Pub Relations for Debate Team, Intern for a U.S. Congressman, Student Health Educator, Intern for a Health Care Non-Profit, Presenter at a Conference, 2nd place in a National Writing Contest, upcoming summer internship with a top lobbying group

ECs College: Youth Leader of the Year for my state, 2nd in state wide academic competition, captain of track team and in top 10 in state, trained to lead wilderness retreats, trained in cross-cultural conflict resolution, resident advisor for my dorm

Recs: One awesome, one good. My advisor told me she spent hours on the rec and that it's the best one she's ever written.

Reason to transfer: School doesn't offer major I wanted. Tried to create my own major and was told no. Looking to move to a non liberal arts school that has more programs.

Applied: Yale, Penn

I know my SAT math is low, but what I want to study has nothing to do with math, so I'm hoping they overlook it and see that I have amazing test scores for reading and etc.?
