Chance Me Pretty Please

I Have Applied For Usc For The Undergraduate Fall 'o8 Semester

Here Are My Stats: (major = Psychology)
Uw Gpa = 3.95
Units = 56 Complete (at East Los Angeles Community College & PCC)

Completed All English & Math Requirments
Completed 85% Of Usc Gerneral Ed Requiments (I Know I Am Ok Here)
Missing Foreign Language (USC Admin Says Its Ok)
Recieved AA Degree While Attending Community College
I Am 25 Year Old And Worked 40+ Hours A Week While In College
Deans Honor List 4 Semester In A Row
Presidential List 2 Semesters In A Row
Recieved Psychology Department Academic Achievment Award & Scholarship @ ELAC

Bad News:
Had Horrible GPA In High School 1.8 Overall (but Recieved my GED)
Have Been Convicted Of Mult. Felonies & Dui About 7 Years Ago.
Clean Record Ever Since

I Am Majoring In Psychology To Better Help Teens Who Have Been Though The Hardships Of When I Was 18 Years Old And In Prison.

What Do You Think?? Please Advise???

You have certainly shown you have changed...good for you. Your post demonstrates a strong commitment to your studies and should definitely help offset your high school indiscretions.
I do not know what college you are applying to(it is U Southern Cal or U of So Carolina??) so I can't really comment on chances.
