What are my chances of transfering to Stanford

I am international student:

Home university GPA: 5.0 out of 5.0 for 3 years
US Community College: 3.72 (4.0 for the last 3 semesters)
In 3 years in College I earned to AS degrees: Accounting and IT
Working experience: Accountant at CPA firm, Programmer for a very big company, currently working as a financial software analyst
Essay: I just described my last 5 years in the US, how I paid for the school and combined work and school together
Recommendation letters: one Excellent another VERY GOOD
I did not apply for financial app, since I make enough to pay for Stanford from my work
ECs: I was on the College Student board, did non profit work and participated in the open source programming project

I applied to Math major

I made 3 grammar errors on my application

Mmmm. Always hard to say; barely anybody actually gets accepted to transfer. Good chance, but of course, don't SUPER DEPEND ON IT. You definitely have a shot though (though your community college GPA is a bit low.) Good luck. :P

Eh..... then I really wouldn't bet on it. Your SAT score is really, really low.
