Fordham transfer student: Chance me?

Rising sophomore at St. Joseph's University and I want to transfer to Fordham University [a fellow Jesuit university].

Fall '07 semester: 3.4 with one W on my transcript because of medical leave [I explained that thoroughly in my essay].

Spring '08 semeser: looks like a 3.2

Average of 3.3 with 27 credits

I also had a 3.0 in high school but took all honors courses and I think the weighted GPA was 3.9 or something.

SATs: 1170/1600 1770/2400

High school extracurriculars:
-Theater (4 years): 10 plays total
-Chorus (2 years)

Talent:
-Singing
-Acting
-Writing

Community Service:
-First teen volunteer to work in the ER (summer after junior year of HS)
-Stayed in New Orleans for a week and with 11 other students & 3 HS teachers, we gutted 3 condos in St. Bernard Parish (summer after senior year of HS)
-Started drop off site at my college for a food drive run by a radio station in Philadelphia (Freshman year of college, 1st semester): the city-wide drive raised 252 tons of food.

Work Experience:
I worked consistently from the middle of sophomore year of HS until the beginning of freshman year of college (needed to really focus on school)

I've been through some hellish experiences with my family and whatnot. I also was diagnosed with hypoglycemia in the middle of senior year and faced blackouts and random fevers from the beginning of junior year. I explain some of this stuff briefly in my admissions essay.

Chance me? Thanks!
