Do i sitll even have any chance?

I had a 3.896/5 gpa which is a 75% freshman year...
But sophmore and junior i had gpa that were 4.8/5 and above.
Can i still apply to ivy leagues?
Or should i apply to normal schools?
Or should I find top-tier colleges that do not count freshman grades into GPA like princeton, johnshopkins, ucberkeley...?

if you have really good EC's, I'd give the ivies a shot. I'd definitely look into schools that don't consider freshman grades, and I would also make sure I had a couple safties and matches on my application list. good luck!
