Junior needs advice on safety colleges!!!!

So, I'm applying to a bunch of very selective colleges (Ivies), but I need some advice for safeties and matches. For example, can I assume that Berkeley and UCLA be a safety for me? UChicago? Or should I look at some of the other UCs? I'm looking for schools on the two coasts, mid or large sized, and not liberal arts.
Also, looking at my profile, it seems like I'm a lot stronger in humanities/language. Should I apply as an english/history major, even if I might be interested in double majoring in something else?
Here's my stats.

Thanks!

Yes, I think you can assume all the UCs and UChicago are safeties as long as you don't blow off their essays.

If you got rejected by any other school than HYPSM, I'd be extremely surprised.
