UVA Chances?

Live In East Hartford CT
Asian American
Oldest Child of two
GPA 3.95
PSATS - 1400/2400 (1000/1600)
Haven't taken the real SAT's yet, but praying to God it goes up.
Also taking the ACTs soon

High School Classes: (Gym is half a year course and required every year)

9th grade:

Civlization Honors
English Honors
French II Honors
Biology Honors
Geometry Honors
Band
Gym/Guitar

10th grade:

Foundation of American History Honors
French III Honors
Chemistry Honors
English 2 Honors
Algebra 2 Honors
Band
Gym/Keyboarding

11th grade:
AP Chemistry
AP US History
French IV Honors
Pre-calculus Honors
English III Collegeprep
Band
Gym/Work Study (Not a Study Hall, but only worth 1/4 of a credit rather than 1/2)

Planning for 12th grade:
AP Biology
AP Calculus
AP Psychology
Anatomy and Physiology Honors
Spanish 1
British World Literature
Gym/microbiology


So by the time I am finished with High School, I would've taken all Honors/AP Classes except for three: English College Prep, British World Literature and Spanish 1

Indoor and Outdoor Varsity Track and Field 9,10,11
Student Council: >80 Hours of Community Service
Interact Service Club: Treasurer
Marching Band: Sousaphone Section Leader

Work Experience: Arthur J. Gallagher Risk Management Firm August 2007-June 2008. (High School Intern-16 Hours a Week)

Currently looking for another job though.

Some Awards include:
Highest GPA for Varsity Athlete
Most Improved Musician
Most Improved Athlete
Participation in Chemistry Olympiad
Recognition For Outstanding Community Service

Interested in majoring for Biology, or Chemistry.

Raised by single mother: <25 thousand a year

What other colleges are good prices for good education (public schools)
UConn is another option of mine, but UVA is my top choice.
