What are the chances for a UC-Davis and better college with 1 C, almost rest A's?

I got 1 C, the vast majority have been A's. There is still junior year and senior year to go.
I have participated in:
Track and Field (Varsity)
Started a Successful Club
Making it to USAMO
2150 SATI
800,750,750 SAT II's
~100 hours so far volunteering

I want to major in math or engineering

I go to a high school in the Silicon Valley, CA if that helps my chances. I have heard that those high schools are a little bit better.
I'm asian and I heard that lowers your chances

You are overqualified by a lot for UC Davis if your grades have been in honors/AP classes. You SAT scores are a rarity at Davis. You can do much better.

The C was in a honors class. There aren't many other honors for frosh/soph. I have 2 classes (first semester 1 A, 1 B, second semetser 1 A, 1 C+ )

i think that newyorka hit it the nail on the head.
You have a pretty comfortable chance to get into davis.
Just keep the grades up in junior and senior year, and you should be fine.

I'm taking a bunch of AP's next year (5 if honors count). Is it ok to get B's? Maintaining GPA is really hard for me and I have to work really hard. BC Calculus and AP CS shouldn't be too much a challenge but English H will fail. My question is: Is it ok to get B's in AP/Honors?

How low can the stats for very good chance at Davis go?

judging from the freshmen profile of students admitted to Davis, you would still have a good shot even with a few B's. It seems like even with some B's in junior year, your UC gpa should be somewhere around the 3.92 for Davis, and your test scores are already beyond the average by a fair amount, so i wouldn't sweat too much over it.

My SAT is at my max though...
I'll probably get lots of Bs next year because I'm not too smart academically. I'll continue track and my ECs

I'd really shoot for As so you can look at top tier UCs. Your SAT is good at any UC.

its just one C. if the UCs can't realize that that doesn't make you a "bad student" they're insane.

is it true that if you're like really overqualified (like i believe OP is here) for a middle UC like Davis, that they'll reject u, thinking that u'd go to another school?

How many APs/Honors classes have you taken? What is your GPA (weighted and unweighted)?

You should be fine. What's your rank? If you're an ELC student, UCD is a safety (though with your stats, I'd say UCD is a safety anyway).

Not at the UCs.
