| UPenn = mid reach although you look like a very good candidate, low reach if you ED
Georgetown = mid reach, probably the same level as UPenn because Georgetown is known for Int Relations
Villanova = match/safety
NYU = match (it is very good for economics, I would strongly consider attending if you get good financial aid)
Penn State = safety
I don't know the other schools well enough to chance you |

| UPenn hasn't released their class of '13's financial aid information and will not release them until next April or May rolls around (My mom called them last Monday). Thus, if you call them and ask for an estimate, they cannot give you one.
However, like many elite schools, they will meet 100% of your demonstrated need (whatever that might be, I'm sure they're calculators on the internet for figuring out what your demonstrated need is) |

| get those SATs/ ACTs up and you'll have a great chance for all the colleges you mentioned...
2200+ on SAT and 30+ on ACT
get that bio score regraded by hand haha...you don't really need to retake considering that you're majoring in the humanities field |

| bring your ACT up a little more, and I think you could probably get into GU and Upenn. I honestly don't know too much about Brown and Princeton stats so I can't give you an accurate opinion. I got the bausch and lomb award at my school!! anyway: you have a fantastic GPA, so just study hard to raise the ACT or SAT (whichever, to me, re-taking both would be time consuming so I would pick one and try to raise it...). good luck!
chance me please? Help me please! Chances, Chances, more Chances!!! |

| looks like you should be good for the schools you are applying to. your minority status combined with your stellar achievements should set you up nicely. good luck! |
