I am looking for colleges to apply to. I am looking at Penn State, USC, UCLA, UT, TAMU, UNC, Baylor, UMich, UCSD, UVA. I know some schools are really reach schools, but I just want to know my chances. Also should I just send in my ACT scores or should I send in both SAT and ACT?

I think your ACT score is stronger, so I would send that in.
I'm not sure about the other schools, but penn state is definately a match/safety school for you.

To the poster,
I would always be mindful of the people that you take advice from. I understand that there are many well informed people on CC, but you may want to re-think advice from someone that has been a member for a month and does not know how to spell "definitely". Anyway, here are my thoughts:

High Reach(mainly because out-of-state)
UCLA
UNC
UVA

Reach
UMich
USC

Match
Penn State University Park
UT
UCSD

Safety
Baylor
TAMU
