Chance Me At Penn State Please!!!

PSU is my number one and I plan on applying EA/ED. However, I only got 1610 on my SATs and 21 on my ACTs which is not very good...but, I have very good ECs...

EC:
IB dipolma candidate
(will be) senior class president
junior class historian
french club VP
kick-off mentor
SGA member
soccer (head captain, defense captain)
lacrosse (head captain, MVP)
tutor- french & algebra
started improv club at school
relay for life team captain
maryland therapeutic horseback riding volunteer
volunteer babysitter in neighborhood
volunteer clinic girls' lacrosse coach

awards:
honor roll athlete
minds in motion athlete

GPA:
not really sure what weighted/unweighted is since I don't have an updated transcript, but my cumulative is about 3.7-3.8

GPA and ECs are fine, bring up your Standardized Test scores tho.

From what i hear on here, Penn State mainly looks at test scores/gpa.

Study hard for the standardized tests and bring them up because PSU places a lot of emphasis on them. Also, since admission is rolling, get your application in as early as possible (there's no EA/ED though).

Yeah, Penn State's decision is 2/3 gpa and 1/3 SAT. I would suggest you keep/raise those grades as much as possible and get your application in early. Since Penn State's admission is rolling it gets harder to get accepted the longer you wait. I would suggest calling the admissions office. They are very helpful.
