Your grades are definitely good enough and so are your EC's (in my opinion). I don't know how well you get along with adults, but you should maybe brush up on your interview skills? I think one of the biggest reasons I got into Yale and not Harvard was because my interview went far better (even though I got accepted to Princeton without one =/ ).

Also, personally, your essays are too...Indian? If they are a big part of who you are, then by all means go for it, but I think one of the reasons these colleges have essays is to see a part of you that they can't see from the rest of your app.

Good luck. I expect that you'll be hearing from at least one of the HYP and probably (50/50) from MIT.

are you competing in the intel science competition as a senior? i'm not sure of the exact name of the competition but I know the 40 finalists get to meet the president.

Do you have safeties and matches that you love?

Your credentials are very impressive and I'm sure that the schools you listed would be happy to have you -- but none of them can be counted on as a sure acceptance, as each gets tons of amazing applicants like you every year.

wow some of your ECs are amazing. south africa will definitely stand out. good essay topics. i think everyone who applies to schools like these has about the same grades so i think it really comes down to your ECs and essays. you do something different with your knowledge of hindu culture so that will really help you stand out from everyone else. i think for someone who has to read thousands of college apps it can really help you to have something like that to keep them interested.
