Chance at UCs
My Weighted GPA is 3.08(During my 10th and 11th I had serious issues with my dad, it got so bad he denied me of light and kicked me out for one month)
Got a 2230 on my SAT
Fix computers during my free time

You need to post more stats if you want us to chance you. Just telling us our SATs and GPA won't help. Is fixing computers your only EC? What's your prospective major? Do you have any awards/honors? Etc.

Also in your essay really mention you were having major disputes with your dad it will probably work in your favor
