STANFORD or Columbia! (ED or the ever elusive EA)?

Hey guys! Please help me out by chancing my friend! He just got a slew of test scores and would like to know his chances. He also wants to know whether or not he could get into either Stanford EA or Columbia ED.

Help him out!!!!!

ACT: 34 (but possibly retaking for a 35?)

SATII:
Biology: 760
World History: 710
Math IIC: 750

APs:

Pretty good shot at Stanford EA, great shot at Columbia ED.

haha I hear colleges have an affinity for gays (adds diversity).

I think you should EA Stanford.

It really depends which school you like better because you'll get into both.

Columbia ED - match/high match if legacy is for reach
Stanford - reach for all but still good shot

for Columbz the ED acceptance was 24.4% last year
for Stanny (tranny) the EA acceptance was 16.1% last year

You have great E.C.'s, no doubt. I would question the SAT II scores but I don't think it's too big of a deal.

I would say you're definitely in Columbia. As for Stanford, it's a crapshoot for all but I'm leaning towards in.

For HYP--reach/crapshoot, depending on your essays & recommendations. The rest of the schools will likely be matches/safeties.
