Chance Me--just Let Me Know What Schools Are Within My Reach

For my upcoming senior year I will be attending my 3rd high school unfortunately so it has been difficult with the extracurriculars...

SAT: 2040- 680m,680r,680w (superscore)
GPA: 101.35 (w)
rank: top 5%

I have done approximately 150 hours of community service through various programs, but I cannot name them offhand. Pre-med club (2yrs), Key Club (2yrs), NHS (3yrs), Varsity Soccer;state champions; named to 2nd team all county as a freshman (1yr), Student Council (2yrs), Played travel soccer for 10 yrs (state champions);National Merit Commended; Named English student of the semester during junior year

As previously stated, I have done a lot of out-of-school charity work which I have not included

I only played soccer as a freshman because of many recurring injuries. I had surgery the summer before my junior year and was on crutches for the majority of that year.

If you could please give me insight as to what kind of schools will admit me, as well as which types of schools are safeties, reach schools, etc.

Thank you in advance...

Your GPA is throwing me off a little. Is that out of 100%? Do you have something on the 4.0 scale?

Your class rank and SAT suggest between schools ranked in the top 20-50 are within range (I'm using the USNews.com list).
