Chances, anyone?

If you could possibly tell me my chances for admission, I would most appreciate it. Also, if you are willing to recommend colleges with strong programs for international studies/ international relations, that would be awesome.

Schools:
Georgetown, Tufts, University of Virginia, American University, George Mason,

Female
Hispanic (1/36 Apache, if that counts for anything)
VA
GPA- 3.5 unweighted, 3.98 weighted

Prospective Major: International Studies/International Relations or Latin American Studies. Or both.

honors classes in 9th grade, MYP classes in 10th
10 IBs (4 HL)
6 APs (Calculus or Stat (in the process of course selection),Gov, US history, Human Geography, Computer Science, Comparative Government)

Rank: 7.5% (34 of 450-ish)
SATs- 1900-- 690 CR 600 M
ACT- 29, 26 w/ writing

okay.
so your biggest issues, in my opinion, are your test scores and your GPA.
HOWEVER, you are hispanic, which makes a HUGE difference. Your minority status really opens a lot of doors for you.
I think that you might run into some trouble, though, with Georgetown and Tufts (maybe) because they are really quite competitive.
I think that because you are a minority you have a really good chance of getting in to those schools, but to ensure it you should really look for some tutoring in your SATs and ACTs in order to bring them up.
