Me:female, rising senior, white, jewish
school:medium sized public for 3 small towns in northern MA-about 1200 students
rarely sends grads to top schools-maybe a couple every couple years

*my father was sick/dying feb. 2006-june 2007. doesnt excuse poor grades but good to know
*i am unable to work a parttime/summer job due to restrictions on my mothers' fixed income/insurance-it make absolutely no sense and really sucks
*low income

lol you being jewish does not affect you getting into any of these schools. not unless it has affected you in some profound way and then you write an essay about it. Tufts, Brandeis, and Cornell are the best schools on your list. You might get into Brandeis. Normally, I'd say it's tougher to get into Cornell than Tufts but because you have legacy that definitely helps. So for Tufts and Cornell, it's a throwup. You have great ECs, but the GPA and the SATs are kinda low compared to other applicants. I hope that helps. and take the gym grades out because those won't matter to any college.

could you chance me?
Applying to Wharton.....is there any chance??
