Please chance me. Going to be a junior this fall

I just wanted to know roundabout chances for some schools that I'm thinking about. Most of them I feel are reaches but I just wanted a few opinions. Thanks

prospective schools: john's hopkins, duke, upenn, stanford, mit, university of maryland CP, washu, georgetown, northwestern, yale, rice, emory

School type: public
location:maryland
race/gender: indian( the one from india.lol), female
prospective major: english or biology
current unweighted gpa: 4.0 ( hoping to keep it hat way through the rest og high school)
class rank: 1/430

SAT- will probably take them in december and score in upper 2000's.
SAT II's took bio-700. will retake. and will also take english, math II, chem..and possibly ush. score about 750 + on all

Courses
9th grade
Gt english ( highest possible except for ap)
Gt math
AP biology- 5 on Ap exam
Gt american gov
french III
orchestra

10th grade:
Gt english
AP chemistry- 4 on exam
Ap statistic's 4
GT precalc
french IV
Gt world history

i thankfully still have a 4.0 unweighted. so straight a's

11th grade will take
AP english
Ap economics
AP french
AP U.S
AP Calc
hoping to ge 5's ( i know this is a lot of assming, but i'm going to work hard, bcause i'm pretty sure i'm capable of getting 5's)

12th grade

AP calc b/c
Ap Lit
Ap Psyc
AP french VI
AP euro
gym( cause i took ap bio 9th grade)
or i might not take two of the above and just take ap physics

Extracirricular -

-currently doing a summer internship at NIH in the lab of cardiovascular science and i've decided to donate all the money i earn to a charity organization. i might do the same intership next summer also, continuing on the same project
- so far i've had 2 years of varsity tennis in high school. have gone to county's , regionals, and states both years.and i'll be playing varsity tennis the next two years also.
- done a variety of frivolous clubs- key club, environmental club, french club, nhs, literary magazing ...in both 9th and 10th grade-etc

I'm quite sure i should be able to get good recs. some from my mentors at nih, who are well qualified. i think i have a good relationship withmy teachers also. I'll hopefully have good essays . I actually thought about essays and i don't want them to be fake or anything. I plan to be honest. I've though about maybe writing about issues/problems i've had with my parents living in a strict indian family.

haha. i know someone's gonna tell me that this is so much ASSUMING, but i just want to have a general idea for my situation, assuming that i'm capable of doing all these things.
and anyone have any suggestions for me?

Since, like you said, there is a lot of assuming, it's hard to say right now. Until you know your SATs/ACT it's hard to say for Stanford, Yale, etc. Seems like you have great classes taken/planned. If you continue with the 4.0, and get good AP scores, you'll probably be very likely at most of those schools. Great ECs as well... state tennis frosh and soph year, wow
