Will I have to go to community college?

My stats aren't bad, but they're not great either.

Anyway, I'm a white female from California. Here are my stats:

Intended Major: Either English or Journalism.

GPA: 3.5 UW (10-11) 3.75 UW (9-11)

SAT: 1860 (will retake in Oct.)
CR: 640
M: 530
W: 690

SAT II's: (will also retake these)
Literature: 680
Spanish: 590

EXTRACURRICULARS:

Yearbook:
Staff Member (10)
Business Manager (11)
Co-Editor-in-Chief (12)

Clubs:
Key Club (10-12)
Women's Advocates (Member-10, Co-President-12)
Interact (10-12)
CSF 10-12)
NHS (11-12)

NYU (ED, possibly? For CAS) (Dream school)
USC (my great uncle, his kids, and their kids all went here. plus he still donates to them big time every year. does that help? haha)

i don't think you'll have to go to a community college lol..
NYU is kind of a a far reach with your GPA since it kinda has to be over a 4.0
you will get into all CSU's GUARANTEED
as for the UC"s .. UCI is a match
UCLA, UCSD, and UCB, you're kinda teetering.. but if you have a bombass personal statement.. its a good possibility :]

UCSB, UCR, UCSC GUARANTEED. and you have to be in the top 10% for most of the higher colleges by the way..

yeah, i kind of put "all uc's" without thinking...i'm definitely not applying to ucb, ucla, or ucsd.
