Honest Transfer Chances for student with disability

Ok I've been attending a 4 year university for 2 years and have accumulated 60 credits. I've figured out what I need to do and I am going to apply to MANY universities to get out of the trouble I got myself into.

So here's the thing, during the two years at college I've been diagnosed with (Auto Immune Inner Ear Disease). Basically my immune system is attacking my ear tissue, so I have been becoming deaf progressively and have also experienced fluctuating hearing loss (I've posted here before about my situation). This has affected my studies as I tried to adapt. I can't get hearing aids, as they don't help with my hearing condition and my school is small so they don't have quality disability services to accommodate me. Basically I had to read my textbook and prepare that way for tests, which is an awful and tedious way to learn in college. I've also decided that I don't really like my major (I was in Mechanical engineering). So I've decided to take a semester off and get myself sorted and apply as a transfer to another college.

So here are my stats:

Intended Major: English Lit.

GPA: 2.83 GPA 60 Credits completed (Haven't calculated my transferable GPA since I haven't officially applied yet)

Recs: Will get excellent recommendation from professor (she once wrote I have had written the best essay she has seen for that assignment)

Essays: Hopefully I can write stellar essays

EC: Was part of Intramural soccer, Society of American Engineers, First-Generation student club, In my semester off I will be doing volunteer work, something to keep me busy.

So can you please offer realistic chances for the following universities?

I know I'm in such a bad standing here but I'm applying to many colleges as I can, because I never know which one will accept me. I've taken NYU and Northwestern off my list (even though they're my dream schools) since I'm pretty sure I can't get into those with my stats.

I only listed mainly private universities as I'm an international student, so chances of getting into a public university may be low. This isn't my final list but generally these are the universities I will consider.

Northeastern University -
Santa Clara University -
Occidental College -
Pepperdine University -
Boston University -
USC -
Fordham University -
Syracuse University -
UC San Diego -

Thanks a lot, I really appreciate the time you invested in helping me.
