Looks great. In at least one of the two. Kinda weak ECs but still stellar GPA and above average scores.

I would say into one, or both. Your grades and test scores are superb, but your ECs have a chance of holding you back, because they might see you as a purely academic student.

you have great GPAs and pretty decent SAT. The only drawback is that your ECs seem unimpressive (just like mine). I'd say you have quite good chances and it's unlikely that you will be rejected by both.

The only think thats slightly weak are you ECs but regardless, I think you're in at UCLA and like others have said before, a match at Berkeley. So good chance at both
