I would say there is not too much focus in your ECs, which may hurt a bit. However, I would say Colgate, BC, and JHU are matches while UPenn will be a reach.

Please chance me back at:
The Final Countdown: Cornell, JHU, Bucknell, etc!

i think you have a really good chance at all of them especially bc and jhu. im not that all familiar with colgate though. you're looking good for upenn as well but it is an ivy so it might be a little more of a stretch. i think what stands out is your diversity in all criterias, like ECs (although you could have a bit more in service probably), sports, academics, a rigorous curriculum...in which IB is tougher than ap, so i've heard..., and standardized tests...so you're pretty much good to go.

Well UPenn is a rach but the rest are at least matches, you should apply to at least 2 more places, ideally 4 to give yourself more options. Good list so far.

University of Pennsylvania 10%
Boston College 55%
Colgate University 60%
Johns Hopkins University 25%

I'm thinking your chances are around there
