I think you have a solid chance at a lot of your schools. I would take the ACT again because it seems like all you need to do is raise your science score and then your composite score should go up significantly.
Tulane- strong match
Louisiana State University- not familiar
Brown University- reach (it is for almost everyone)
Cornell University- ditto
Washington And Lee University- high match
Rice University- high match
Georgetown- high match
Also Fordham is a safe bet, I'm applying too! Lehigh is a good fit too. Have you looked into any schools in the Philadelphia are? There are a lot of good schools there.
high match is a school where you have a strong chance of being admitted, but it's still competative. So not a reach, but not quite a match either I suppose?
You are def in Tulane, LSU Honors, Rochester, Lehigh, Fordham and NYU (although trust me I live in NYC and NYU is WAAAYYY overrated)
Your levels are everything else with basically nothing being too out of reach for you. You have impressive credentials and you come from a state that many colleges would like to have their incoming freshman from.
I think you'll get into all of those schools except for Brown, Rice, and Cornell, which could be admits or rejects. It's helpful that you're from Louisiana. You'll get a lot of money from Tulane and Lousiana State. Good luck
Thanks Rhyn0. Yeah in Louisiana we have Tuition Opportunity Program S(whatever that is)
pretty much pays a huge part of your tuition to anywhere in Louisiana.
I EA'd to Tulane so I didn't have to write an essay. Rice used to send me a lot of stuff, but to be honest I wouldn't want to go to Rice. I don't like the Texas area. I want to get away from down here and experience new places and people.
