First of all, I think you have a decent shot at most of your schools. Your GPA looks to be solid; however, without any indication of how that compares to your classmates, it's hard to say that for sure... at some high schools an A- average is excellent, while at others it can put you below the 25%-quartile. Moving on, your SAT I score is solid for most of your schools... the verbal score is a bit low, but your math and writing scores are both excellent.
Your extracurriculars are, overall, a bit lacking in quantity. Hopefully, however, you'll be able to make up for that somewhat by discussing your hospital involvement somewhere on your application. If you can show dedication in that, I think you will be okay.
Lehigh University... GOOD FIT.
Lafayette College... LIKELY.
Columbia University... HIGH REACH.
Vassar College... REACH.
Johns Hopkins University... REACH.
Hamilton College... REACH.
Boston University... LIKELY.
Brandeis University... SEMI-REACH.
You could do with having a few more semi-reaches, good fits, likelies, and safeties on your list. I think you have a good shot at a lot of your schools; however, I'm really not sure how much you're going to be hurt by your ECs. If you're still looking at adding some schools, here are some to think about...
