The problem with your situation is that internationals usually have a tough time time getting into American universities, and even harder to get into for selective schools such as the Ivies or whatnot. If you are applying for financial aid, then your chances go down even further, because many schools are not need-blind for internationals, although I don't know if Cornell is or isn't. Your CR score is well below their ranges and overall SAT is in the bottom of them, and most accepted internationals tend to be above those ranges. Even with your great ECs and IB scores, I still don't think that you have a decent chance at Cornell, sorry.

If you want to... Took a risk and blew it...any hope left?

what was your GPA?- yeah I don't know how your grades will reflect on with colleges. I heard that Cornell was kinda- they looked carefully at grades. raise your SAT if you can

CHance back and good luck

disasterpiece02 is right, it's hard for internationals to get FA, and that's on top of admissions. (As a fellow international applicant, I empathise~)
Admissions are SUPPOSED to be 'need-blind', but who knows for sure?
But Ivies (Yale and Harvard at least, that I know of) are need-blind for internationals, you better check Cornell...
Only, SATSATSATscore. Just get that SAT up to 2300, 2200 at least.
But your ECs look pretty good.. better than mine ==;;
