I think most of your schools will be a reach, do well with your essay/senior year and study a lot for the SAT if you take it again and you'll get into a few of those colleges you list.
most likely in at all UC's except LA and Berkeley because of the SAT scores...
Penn there is no way, and Cornell is a high reach. Write good essays and you'll have a good chance at the higher UC's though.
