How important is my SAT Subject? Help please!!!!

So I'm applying to the engineering school at Cornell and they want subject tests in math and science. I have a 33 ACT. A 790 in Math. Im ranked 4th (in 500) in my class and have a 3.99 or so. Debate state runner up etc etc. However I have has issues with the Chemistry subject test. I scored a 630 and retook it. I don't know how I did yet but I don't know if its much better (hopefully it is). How much will this score drag my chances back by? What are my chances of getting in? Are there any other majors similar to biomed engineering or neuro science at a different college in Cornell that doesn't care about the science subject test? Thanks.
