What are my chances?

I want to apply to U of I, UIC/ Honors, Deapul, Penn State/Honors, and St. Louis

GPA: 3.65
ACT: 21
Intended Major: Biology
Years Of Foreign Language: 3
Year of Science: 7.5
Years of English: 4
Years of Social Science: 6
Years of Math: 3

Volunteer Work:
1. Summer Reading Program
2. Summer Reading Program
3. Summer Reading Program
4. Summer Reading Program
5. Helping Russian/ Burmese Refugees (5 years)
6. Religious Saturday/ Sunday School(1 year)
7. Soup Kitchens (2 Days)
8. BBQ for Nursing Home Residents (1 Day)
9. Helping in Community Activities (10th grade)
10. Religious Community Volunteer Work (1 year)
11. Helping Orphans in India (3 years every summer)

yeah, dude, the ACT kills your chances at Penn State (the regular) and Wash U (which I guess is what you mean by St. Louis)... DePaul, prob, but not sure what the other 2 schools are?

Yeah probably won't even get into PSU-UP, maybe a branch but not main campus. If I were you, I wouldn't be thinking about Honors programs. I would be thinking about actually getting accepted to those schools first.
