Your SAT scores and GPA are right where they need to be to have a good shot at all the schools on your list. Also, realize that UVA recommends sending in SAT II score, they do not require that you send them in. So I'd suggest using score choice to your advantage there. Your ECs are great, although it seems your lacking in the leadership department a bit. In short:

UVA - Match
W&M - Match
V-Tech - Low Match/In
JMU - Safety

But for V-Tech, if you plan on applying for Engineering, you have absolutely no chance. Your math scores are WAY too low.
