Average international seeking for help

I'm a senior this year, and I was wondering if I have a chance at getting in to

University of Michigan,
University of Wisconsin,
University of North Carolina,
University of Southern California
University of Illinois (Urbana-Champagin)
Maybe Emory…. but I doubt it…

(I heard international Students have higher chances to get in to state schools)

I'm a male Korean, so I will be applying as an international student.

I go to a Private school in Wisconsin

GPA: 3.84
Rank: I’m top 10%-15%

SAT1: 1850 I will retake this fall, shooting for 1950
SAT2: I am planning to take Math and biology this fall
ACT: 26, will retake to get 29

AP: Calculus, Physics, Bio-chemistry, European History

EC:
Cross Country 9-12 Varsity.
Lacrosse Team 10-12 Varsity (co-captain)
Basketball Team 9-10

Executive officer (11)

City area math league/math team: 9th-10th JV; 11-12 Varsity
Key Club: 11-12
Class Council 11-12
Year book club 12

National Honor Society: worked in blood drive, needed 60 hours to enter, and have good gpa, leadership

Volunteer at Church as all-around helper/usher around 50 hours,
humane society- around 50,
Yonsei University- around 20
Peer Tutorial and ambassador at school(soph and junior year, will do this year)- around 45

Total of 200 hrs of service hrs.

PLEASE HELP do I have chance at any of these school? What do I have to improve on?

OKay it's like this..
ur GPA isn't very promising but i guess here is how it goes:
University of Michigan : a bit of a reach
University of Illinois (Urbana-Champagin) : slight reach
Emory: reach

Look into George Washington or U of Texas. These schools are competitive yet with more effort I think you have a chance.
Also, look into schools in CANADA. U of Toronto and UBC or Ottawa/Carleton. There are lots of international students there like yourself.

I don't believe that there are special advantages for international students in terms of state schools...it's really hard to tell. If you have stellar Stats and EC's it would be much easier though.

I'm a korean like urself. try harder once more on the SAT's I and II and load up some 5's on APs and you need to strengthen your EC's. Find something original. It's about quality not quantity.
