None of these are out of reach for you, especially if you achieve what you expect in terms of ACT, SAT, etc.
Cornell, Johns Hopkins, and Brown are probably high matches. Your stats are good to get it; it'll boil down to how to stand out.
I think Emory, Rice, and Tufts are matches. You're good.
Not completely familiar with the last three schools. From what I see on collegeboard, you're in. Safeties.

Use your essays! Work in your faith; I think you'll have that to make you an outstanding person as well as an amazing student.

You're nuts if you think Brown is a "high match" for this applicant. 70% of those with 2400's are rejected and he's light years away from there.

-Cornell REACH
-Johns Hopkins LOW REACH
-Emory REACH
-Rice REACH
-Brown OUT OF REACH
-Tufts REACH
-Wakeforest REACH
-UFlorida MATCH
-UMiami (FL) MATCH

Thanks guys, I'm aware that Brown is very-unlikely for me to get in to so thats why I'm not really enthusiastic about it as I am about the rest.

35 science and 22 reading????? and 620 CR with a 22 ACT reading??? Personally, I always thought ACT reading was a joke compared to SAT CR reading section.
Florida-safety
Miami-match
Wake Forest-low reach
and i agree with soze for the rest. Good Luck

I didn't get to finish the ACT reading. I had to blind-guess one entire story. Hopefully when I retake, I can move it up to about 30ish.

^I understand, the ACT reading does go by super fast. I think if you study for english for a couple weeks and do a couple of practice tests on reading to get used to the time constraints, im sure you can pull up your ACT to at least 32 and significantly improve your chances to all of those schools. Your GPA and your course rigor are solid and your EC's are alright (on CC). The only things you can control now are your essays and test scores so focus on them heavily. Good Luck
