essay topics

hi- i was wondering where i could find the essay topics for whitman college?
is it just the common application? iam not sure where to find it, and i would like to get a head start on it.

They use the common app. with a supplement. The additional essay question is:

Given your personal background, describe a)how you would contribute to fostering diversity and inclusion in the Whitman community or b) an encounter that demonstrated the importance of diversity to you.

Essay has to be different than the common app. essay.

also, you're going to need to send in a graded english essay from either your 11th or 12th grade yr.

Do they change the question from year to year? D isn't applying to colleges until next year, but she could go to town with the current topic.

The supplement question is the same as last year. Can't predict, of course, what will happen next year.
