I applied last night RD, but I was still able to check the box that said "Early Action II". The deadline for that was December 1 so I thought I was too late. I got an email last night saying "Daniel, Receive an admissions decision promptly" or something to that effect. When does anyone think I'll hear back?

I recommend you call the admissions office and ask them how they process things. They may not be able to give you an exact date (or maybe they will), but in any case they can tell you how they handle review and notification. The admissions staff there is extremely friendly and responsive, at least in my experience. (Mother of applicant.)
