If you get another 4.0 senior fall I'd say you have a damn good shot. 9th/10th grade GPA is ugly, but you've done a good job turning it around--really important that you validate those junior grades by keeping the ball rolling as a senior.

^^^^Agree. Also, consider Windows on Williams and Questbridge. Your income may be a little high for the latter, but maybe not.
