My son wrote a peer recommendation for one of his buddies. He mailed it Friday. Will it be timely?

Quoting from the Peer Evaluation form:

"Should you choose to send us a Peer Evaluation, please note there is no deadline by which the form must be received."

Yes. All that matters is the that the peer rec gets in before they start reading applications, and the recommendation should get in plenty of time before app-reading-- unless it gets lost.
