Saint Mary's College, Notre Dame, IN..... not for anyone interested in a big city experience but otherwise you can't beat it. Beautiful campus, nurturing professors, access to classes at Notre Dame and even dual degrees, sports life via Notre Dame (SMC students get tickets to all sports) cannot be matched at any other women's college.

My kid is graduating Barnard this year and absolutely loved it. Yes, she did take mostly Columbia classes because most of her major was offered there. Perhaps your harsh words are more personal.
