Favorite Women's college

I thought this would be a fun thread.

What's your favorite women's college? It could be the one you would most want to attend, the one that appeals to you most, or just the one you think is "coolest"

Mine is SMITH.....

absolutely nothing stands out about barnard.
if it weren't affiliated with columbia and located in ny, i doubt people would consider it.

That's pretty harsh niightingale. Nothing may have stood out to YOU about Barnard, but that doesn't give you the right to criticize other people's choices.

I fell in love with Barnard when I visited and almost went there. I loved the community, loved the city life, loved that it had it's own distinguished faculty even though it was part of a larger university, and I loved that I could get a degree from Columbia while having an intimate college experience.

On the other hand, I never gave Wellesley a second look. Absolutely nothing about it stood out, and I think if it wasn't a woman's college close to Boston, I wouldn't even have thought of it for a moment.

This thread is about your personal favorite school, no need for rudeness.

Neither Haverford nor Vassar is a women's college, though Vassar used to be. Haverford, however is affiliated with my favorite women's college, Bryn Mawr (D graduated from there in '08)
