Mine too! Wasn't really expecting it, since I only ordered it two weeks ago...
And yeah, they are almost grotesquely oversized. >.>

Argh! I haven't gotten mine yet, but I'm super petite and wear an XS in everything... and for some reason that I don't fully understand I ordered a medium! And according to everyone they run big. I guess I'll have to just tie mine up in the back or something.

Oh well I'm still excited!!

Has anyone gotten theirs that didn't sign up right away? I'm figuring if it took this long they probably ordered them all together. Not sure if it's b/c I didn't see the free tshirt link for around a week or b/c I somehow always get my mail late.

Just got mine today. I gotta say, I feel a little uneasy wearing it (especially to school), partly because I'm waiting for April decisions still and partly because it's Yale.

Anyone else facing these dilemmas? What's been your decision? To wear or not to wear?

My medium fit fine! But it seems that the ladies are having more issues with the size than my fellow hombres.

nickknack I wore it yesterday but couldn't bring myself to take my jacket off, haha.

I feel the same way about the shirt! I don't think I'll wear it to school b/c I know someone who was deferred, and.. yeah, it's Yale. I did wear it to dance, and I loved showing it to all my friends, but wearing it in class with random ppl was awkward.

Yeah, I'm feeling the exact same way about the whole wearing it to school thing.

I'm so excited about it and want to wear it all the time but for some reason I'd feel really pretentious wearing it to school.

One of my good friends (who applied RD) got temporarily and insanely jealous when he found out that I got in early. He's over it now, but I feel like wearing it will just strike a nerve again, plus I'd feel like all the competitive kids will think I'm just rubbing it in their faces.

Plus, I already get daily (DAILY!) comments at school about my getting into Yale... people (students AND teachers) are always cracking ridiculous (only sometimes funny) Yale jokes, and I don't know how many more comments wearing the shirt will trigger.

It sucks, 'cause I was so excited to wear it until I overanalyzed everything.

pink001, what kind of ridiculous jokes are you getting? Care to share an example? One teacher was like, "You're going to be an Eli!" but that was the extent of it.

As for the shirt dilemma, many people are equally proud to be attending Tufts, Michigan, OSU, or NYU, but no one would call them prestige-whores or pretentious snots if they sported apparel from those schools. BOOOOO.
