Hi,
I've been reviewing my financial aid letters, and I've found numerous mentions of a "Family Information Supplement" that was supposed to be sent to me and completed in early May. I've kept track of all my e-mails from Yale, but I have not been sent such a form by mail or email. Has anyone else received it?

I realize this is probably after the fact now, but for posterity's sake:

I believe that form is part of the CSS Profile, which is required for Yale Financial Aid, but the forms will NOT be sent to you by Yale; you have to go online and find them for yourself and submit them via CollegeBoard.
