Shuttle from Bradley Airport - Page 2

^Really? It's still working for me. Go to QConn Shuttle - Home, scroll to the bottom, and find the green circle that says "Special Holiday Rates for Bradley." When I click it, it takes me to the booking tool, which lets me book shuttles from Bradley to Yale.

I just called Qconn when I did not get a confirmation by e-mail of a reservation it let me make on-line. They told me that they do not do shared shuttles from Bradley (at all or on those August pre-orientation dates?) and only do shuttles from the NYC airports. Private car service from Bradley will run over $130. As someone whose kid usually uses LGA, I'm regretting Bradley now.

^That's strange. When I called a few days ago, the QConn representative told me that they were about through updating their site to include booking from Bradley to New Haven. Was your credit card charged for your online booking?

EDIT: Just called again. Representative said that I won't be able to make my reservation online until after July 1st, so maybe you could try again in July?

I was also told after July 1. I was told they always have a run to Yale during peak travel times for Yale students.

They seemed to allow the passenger to pay cash to the driver so I did not use a credit card. On the phone they said that the on-line reservation I made would not be processed since they don't offer shared shuttle service from Bradley on August 19 but my DD did get a confirmation (I had expected one to me since they offered the option to have a copy sent to a second e-mail) so some part of this company is not communicating with the other. If it does work, she will have the added benefit of a drop off at a particular address in New Haven (Yale Farm) for the start of Harvest and not have to hike up past Science Hill given the tight timing. I'll call back in a month to check the confirmation.

DS is also doing Harvest and will be taking a shuttle from Bradley to NH that morning. So they will drop off at a particular address (as opposed to Phelp's Gate)? All of this "one hand doesn't know what the other is doing" does concern me a bit in terms of their reliability.
