Big Lectures

Does Yale have anything like Princeton's precepts to accompany big lecture classes or are you left to go to the teacher's office or something to discuss whatever you want to discuss?

We have discussion sections (~15-18 people) for most large (40-50+) classes.

I would encourage you to go to office hours regardless. Precepts, at least at Princeton, are usually led by grad students, so they don't help you get to know the professor.
