Hi 2013ers.
I am a 2014 applicant. I have a question about the engineering school and hope someone can give an answer.
First, if my intended major is biomedical engineering and I am matriculated by Yale. Am I matriculated to Yale college, or to the Yale engineering school?

I understand that I don't have to declare my major until sophomore year. However, since engineering school is a separate school from Arts--history, econ, political science..., and the class requirements are quite different, will I be able to switch to an arts major if I am matriculated to the engineering school?
