I am an international and I, and even my teachers know little about the application process. My teachers are planning to send their recommendations online. Are my teachers required to fill the online evaluations again and again for every college? or are they required to just send it once and the next time I choose them as a recommender for a college, will it go automatically?
Each college needs its own requirements fulfilled. There is no central recommendation distribution system. That being said, you could just have them printed on paper, photocopied, and mailed to each of the colleges you are targeting.
Check the common app website for details; I think teachers only have to complete the evaluation form once, and it can be sent to every college you apply to through common app.
