just want to make sure: if you invite your teachers and counselor through their email addresses online, they will get the invite and be able to fill out the rec without you doing anything else, right? on the printed out version, you have to fill out your address, school, etc but online you don't have to do any of that except invite your teachers/counselors cuz the info is already on the common app online, right?

I'm pretty sure you just invite the teachers through their email addresses, but I'd like confirmation on this too before I actually do it. Anyone know for sure?

Here's my story: I invited both of my teachers and conselor online through the common app at first, but then I didn't hear anything from them about those online invitations for almost two weeks even though I saw them everyday at school, which I thought was rather unusually and unsettling. So, feeling insecure, I ended up actually printing out the forms and gave them to the teachers in person. Never found out whether they actually received the email invitation or not.

Haha, okay. I'm going to ask the teachers tomorrow and tell them to expect an email, and then I'll check back soon after to ensure they received them.

But for the record, I as a student don't have to do anything besides invite them, right?
