To Apply EA or not

So I got my SAT scores back and did NOT get what I was expecting at all. On all of my BlueBook practice tests I had been scoring in the 2150-2300 range, yet when I got my SAT scores back today I only got a 2160 (I thought I did pretty well and would get around 2250). My Sat II scores are 740 Lit, 740, USH, 670 Spanish. I am taking November Sat II's and I think I can get close to 800 on Lit and bump Spanish with Listening to 740 ish.

I've got a 3.94 Unweighted GPA (about 4.5 when its weighted) and my school does not weight for ranking so I am only in top 18%, however I have had 4.0's except for a 2.9 2nd quarter Freshman year because I was sick and absent for nearly 3 months. I have amazing teacher recs, and my counselor rec should be good and he said he would talk about the GPA.

I really like linguistics and have done fairly well in World Languages (I got a 3 on the AP French Language test after only taking 1 year of french, I also have taken 1010/1020 Arabic and Latin courses). I've also done fairly well in Debate and am ranked in the top 30 nationally in terms of points (I know, I know points don't necessarily mean that much). I've octa-finaled at Stanford and gotten into outrounds for nationals at debate too.

Now my question is, like the title indicates, should I apply EA or not?
Or should I just wait for RD and retake ACT/SAT in december?

ACT score was only 31 w/ 11 essay...

EA is if you are all done and really want to go/want an early decision given back to you.

I would say wait for RD, because, as you said, you are planning to get work done and improve your scores.
