why yale trumps harvard

This is not intended to be a mean harvard bashing thread (my sister is harvard '09), but I think it would be interested to see what we can come up with.

1. Better mascot. what kind of "mascot" is crimson tide anyways
2. New Haven is the only Ikea New England location
3. Rory (from Gilmore Girls) goes there. haha
4. Its closer to NYC

Another example of Yale's perpetual obsession with Harvard.

SEE: "Time for Yale to question rivalry"

another example of Byerly's perpetual obsession with going into the YALE forums and trying to make Harvard look infinitely better.

I think that the only reason Yale trumps Harvard is that it has better pizza (Pepe's.) But that is, to me, a very significant reason.

What about the women?

Is it Yale or is it Harvard that has the more.....attractive (HOT) ladies?

Interesting question, eternity. Perhaps a current student can comment.

I don't think you're going to find particularly attractive ladies at any Ivy.

Penn has a reputation of having the best-looking people in the Ivy League.

I absolutely love Yale, but I do somewhat agree with Byerly in that Yale needs to stop talking about Harvard so much.

You can't stop 300 years of history!

Yalies have a lot of school spirit: "For God, For Country, and For Yale!"
